Welcome to our Home

A lot of people ask us what our house is like in Africa. We decided to do a picture tour of our home so you can see where we live. We love to have company, so please come and visit us any time !
This is our house. It’s a split level house. Inside on the first floor we have 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, a living room and a kitchen. The basement room is Andy’s office. When you are looking at the house, the front door opens up into the living room. The windows on the left side of the house are the Master Bedroom and bathroom. The windows on the right side of the house are in the children’s room. The kitchen is behind the kid’s room. The picture on the right is the view we have from our front porch.

Master bedroom. The shoes under the bed make it look messy, but we don’t have closets so we have to keep all our shoes under the bed.	We love having a sitting area in our bedroom

We don’t have any cabinets, but Andy’s Dad made us these GREAT shelves to store things on.	One more view of the kitchen. You’ve seen all the main part of the house. Now we will go outside the kitchen door and see the patio and rooms out back.

The guest bathroom is still a work in progress. We still need to put flooring down and hang towel racks.	Andy’s office is the basement room on the front of the house. I don’t have any pictures of his office yet. While we were gone to Dubai, mold took over his office. So, his office is a total mess right now as we try to get rid of all the mold. I’ll post pictures of it once he get’s it all back in order again. This is the only picture I have of his office for the time being.
